Campbell’s Skillet Sauces.

Campbell’s Sauces is very cheap (1.80-ish) and very quick. For the past couple months I’ve seen a few coupons for it too, making it even cheaper.

They have 6 different flavors: Marsala, Scampi, Thai Green Cury, Toasted Sesame, Fire Roasted Tomato, and Creamy Chipotle. So far I’ve only tried Marsala, scampi, and toasted sesame. All of them are good.

My shrimp scampi with sweet rice:

The instructions say to use with chicken, shrimp, etc… but you can pretty much put any kind of meat you want in it.

-Cook the meat of choice, drain, and add sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes and it’s done.

I always put sweet rice with the scampi because it tastes amazing together and brings out the flavor of the shrimp. To make sweet rice all you have to do is boil a cup of sugar with the water and cook the instant rice regularly. The directions suggest using noodles as well.

Cheap dinner for two and very tasty!

Fleischmann’s no knead bread mix.

I received a free coupon for the bread mix and tried it the other night with spaghetti.
It was extremely easy to make! All the stuff is already measured and all you had to add was warm water. I should have taken a picture, but I forgot. lol

I have never made bread before and I didn’t mess up at all. You have to wait for the dough to rise. I kept checking when it was in the oven to make sure I wasn’t burning it, being the first time I made this.

It was delicious and my 2 year old daughter even liked it and she usually doesn’t eat just plain bread. My husband and I were thinking of next time, adding some garlic in the dough and when it’s done- slice it and add cheese.
You should definitely try it! It was only 2.98 at my Bakers.
