Now, the sauce does have a recipe on the back for this but mine is a little different (not much) and I have pictures! haha.
So, first… cut your chicken into chunks and add to your pan. Pour a little olive oil over it and add seasonings to your taste. Meanwhile, turn your oven to 400 degrees.
Cook until done. Drain and add your cream cheese.
Cover for a couple minutes and stir to get the cream cheese soft enough to mix with the chicken.
Add a little of the mixture to the middle of your tortillas (I used taco sized). Fold each side to the center and add to a large glass pan. Keep filling up tortillas until the mix is gone.
(this picture the tortilla is actually a little over stuffed)
Open up your sauce and pour right over the tortillas. I never use the whole can, I use about half and it does fine. Add your bag of cheese on top and put into oven uncovered for about 12 minutes or until the cheese is nice and brown.
All done!! Let cool. Add sour cream, lettuce, what ever else you want on top. Serve. :]
Campbell’s Sauces is very cheap (1.80-ish) and very quick. For the past couple months I’ve seen a few coupons for it too, making it even cheaper.
They have 6 different flavors: Marsala, Scampi, Thai Green Cury, Toasted Sesame, Fire Roasted Tomato, and Creamy Chipotle. So far I’ve only tried Marsala, scampi, and toasted sesame. All of them are good.
My shrimp scampi with sweet rice:
The instructions say to use with chicken, shrimp, etc… but you can pretty much put any kind of meat you want in it.
-Cook the meat of choice, drain, and add sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes and it’s done.
I always put sweet rice with the scampi because it tastes amazing together and brings out the flavor of the shrimp. To make sweet rice all you have to do is boil a cup of sugar with the water and cook the instant rice regularly. The directions suggest using noodles as well.
For the bzzagent campaign “Neutrogena Norwegian Formula® Hand Cream BzzCampaign”, I was to use the hand cream and do my manicure. Here is a video, edited by my husband Richard Drury, and pictures of my nails.
I recently got this hand cream from bzzagent.com to review. I have yet to do my manicure for this one (gotta do that tonight). Until I do my manicure and post pictures, I will tell you how I do my nails and what with. The cream itself makes your hands, elbows, knees, and feet (what I put it on) very soft immediately after and cures the dryness.
The only nail polish I buy now is Sinful Colors. It dries fast, doesn’t chip quickly like others I have tried, and they have LOTS of beautiful colors to choose from. I find them at Walgreens and now at Walmart. Go look at their site to see what all they have.
Now, lately when I do my nails I can’t just leave them a plain color. I have to put something over top of it like glitter or try to go fancy with a stripe or some sort of shape. When I try to go fancy… it doesn’t always go well. I don’t have the steadiest of hands so it usually comes out crooked or a blob but I try.
Tonight I am going to do my nails in the color ‘Savage’ as the base. It’s kinda a dark aqua color. On top, I’m going to put Pure Ice Spit Fire glitter. I unfortunately haven’t gotten any glitter from Sinful colors yet sooo…. have to do with some old glitter one. Will post pictures after I’m done!
